Terms & Conditions Delivery

On receipt of an order together with the customers full contact details we will confirm that the item(s) requested are in stock, and advise an approximate delivery date. If the items are not currently in stock we will advise you and give you the anticipated delivery date. The majority of our items are dispatched mounted and securely flat packed within 3 - 7 days. Please contact Allframe Ltd if you do not receive your order by the delivery date given, as we are able to track progress of parcels online.


All goods offered for sale through our website are shown inclusive of VAT and in Pounds Sterling (£). Prices do not include postage and packing which will be calculated together during the online ordering process. All orders over £100 Pounds Sterling will be carriage free to mainland UK addresses. All orders under £100 Pounds Sterling will be charged at £15 Pounds Sterling for delivery to mainland UK. Charges for deliveries outside mainland UK can e obtained by contacting Allframe Ltd, and the customer will be personally responsible for all customs and import duties. All prints are supplied mounted unless otherwise stated. The framed images are shown for illustration purposes only. Due to fluctuating market values on Limited Edition Prints and Original Paintings all prices displayed on this website are subject to change without notice, but will not be changed once your order has been confirmed as being accepted by us.

We will do our best to ensure that you receive your goods in a satisfactory condition. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery should any goods be damaged, and we will arrange collection of the goods and seek a replacement as soon as possible. Goods that have been ordered specifically cannot be re-stocked or refunded (unless damaged on delivery), as suppliers will not accept cancelled order returns.


Any complaints about the service provided should be detailed in writing, giving the nature of the complaint to Allframe Ltd where we will endeavour to respond within 5 working days, keeping you informed as to the progress of the complaint.

On placing an order you will be given the opportunity to decline receipt of further emails from us. Allframe Ltd conforms fully to the Data Protection Act 1998, and will not sell or hand out your information to others. Any information that we hold about you will be accurate and up to date, and is available for you to view on request by email. Law and Jurisdiction

The Contract shall be deemed to be made in England between Allframe Ltd and the Customer, which would be governed by the Laws of England, and any dispute arising shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the English Court.
